Sometimes simple, real food is best. Most of the time, really. Especially when you can make a nourishing meal within 20 minutes or less (minus rice cooking time).

In this simple bowl:

*Brown Rice

*Thinly sliced garlic & chopped celery sautéed in coconut oil & coconut aminos

*frozen peas thrown in the sautée pan 3-5 minutes before taking off heat

* thinly sliced radishes

Completely easy, completely honest ingredients, no fuss, nourishing seasonally appropriate meal.
